Restoration of interior walls (drywall partitions and paint), damaged windows, frames and doors.
Some window parts were replaced and other windows were repainted consistent with the building’s heritage designation. Demolition and replacement of exterior iron parapets.
Passageways outside the building were restored and the chimney was renovated. Metal flues at top of chimney were replaced and painted. The roof was restored: asphalt shingles were replaced with cedar roof shingles.
