Wilson House is a designated heritage building that required updating of interior finish, especially the paint. In the basement, the foundation required consolidation. The electric generator was replaced.
Part of the plumbing was also replaced. The house’s ventilation system was changed, and acoustic and thermal insulation was installed in the attic. The project also required landscaping and grading consistent with the site’s prestige.
