Interior walls were restored (drywall partitions and paint).
Damaged windows, frames and doors were also restored. Some window parts were replaced and other windows were repainted consistent with the building’s heritage designation.
Demolition and replacement of exterior iron parapets, restoration of passageways outside the building, renovation of chimney.
Metal flues at top of chimney were replaced and painted. The roof was restored: asphalt Hshingles were replaced with cedar shingles.
